Climbing and Abseling Tower

If you only have a couple of hours spare and are looking for a fun outdoor activity to fill the time, then check out our outdoor Climbing & Abseiling wall, here at Black Mountain Activities. The climbing wall has been designed with a fantastic range of climbing routes, from beginners to intermediate, and all are designed to challenge you and test your climbing skills whilst having fun! Our experienced climbing instructors will introduce you to the equipment you will be using throughout your climbing & abseiling session, as well as teaching you the basic climbing techniques such as traversing, bouldering & be-laying.

Once you have mastered these, then it’ll be time for you to have a go. Beginning with an easy climbing route, you will start to build your confidence and climbing skills and find yourself moving up to the more challenging routes. The wall also has two abseil faces, ideal for introducing you the art of repelling. One side has a nice gentle slope to start you off, and the other has a vertical take off!

After overcoming your knee trembling first abseil, you will be running back to the top for more!
