Stand Up Paddle Boarding (Intro)

Our intro sessions are ideal for those who are new to paddleboarding or for individuals who want to build a little confidence in the sport. Taking place on either the canal or a sheltered area of the river (weather dependant), your SUP instructor will give you an intro to the board and during the session you will learn basic skills and develop correct paddling techniques in manoeuvring the paddleboard, how to mount and dismount safely, along with playing a few games to put these newly learned skills to the test.

Please note, you'll need to bring suitable clothing, leggings, T-shirt, shorts, swimwear, a towel, water shoes, trainers, and a change of clothes for the end of the session.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. finishing times may vary depending on group size. Please also be aware that times include arrival & kit-up.
